If so then you have to try the Sandbank Restaurant’s newly launched Cookery School which will hold bi-weekly classes preparing, cooking and serving two sumptuous dishes per session.
In simple to follow, hands on demonstrations from chef patron Matthew Locker you will learn, step by step, the skills required. Tuition will take place in our Private Dining Room with demonstrations and a full recipe fact sheet covering all relevant topics (i.e. combinations of flavour, sauces, tips and suggestions).
And, the best bit, you will take your places to dine on the dishes too!
